At Fashcom Mobile, operated by MOTORET LIMITED, we are committed to delivering quality repair services and products. This Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued in accordance with UK consumer law.

1. Services (Repairs and Unlocking)
Refunds for services such as repairs or device unlocking are handled as follows:

  • If the repair is unsuccessful and the issue persists despite our efforts, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • If you change your mind before work has started, you may cancel and request a full refund.
  • If you cancel after work has commenced, a partial refund may be offered to cover time and parts already used.
  • Refunds are not available if the device is found to have further undisclosed or unrelated faults after service is completed.

2. Products (Devices and Accessories)
We accept returns and issue refunds on physical products under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unused and in their original packaging.
  • If the product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
  • For change-of-mind returns, items must be in resalable condition, and return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Used or clearance items may be sold on a non-refundable basis; this will be clearly stated at the time of sale.

3. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the request. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

4. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Issues caused by customer misuse, accidental damage, or third-party tampering
  • Repairs on liquid-damaged devices where success is not guaranteed
  • Devices brought in with prior repair attempts that compromise future repair viability
  • Software unlocking services where the device is network-locked beyond our control
