Devices not collected within this period may be disposed of to recover costs.

All new products sold by Fashcom Mobile Limited come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Refurbished or used devices are sold with a limited warranty as described at the point of sale. Repairs are typically guaranteed for a period specified at the time of service. Warranty covers only the specific issues repaired or parts replaced and does not extend to accidental damage, misuse, or further unrelated faults. Any claims under warranty must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for backing up all data on their device before bringing it in for repair. Fashcom Mobile Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss of data, software, or settings during the repair process. We recommend that sensitive or personal data is backed up and removed from the device beforehand.

Our liability to you in connection with any product purchased or service provided is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product or service. We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or loss of business.
